Perspectived: The Absolute Corruption of Truth in the Universities and its Overarching Consequences

With the CCP's corruption-funded Stanford recently blanket banning the use of words like 'American', 'She', or 'Guys', how long can a sane person pretend to be blind to the idiocy and destruction of basic reasoning? And is it really just a universal lack of self-awareness in academia, or is something bigger going on?


The History and the Future

What has now consumed every aspect of Universities had a humble enough beginning in the 1940s and 50s with culturally frustrated individuals like Foucault flawing the basis of the society and its ideas (nothing groundbreaking in philosophy). The ideas got perfectly structured in 1996 by Truett Anderson with his description of the 4 pillars of postmodernism, which essentially now boils down to two principles of Ideology:

  1. Radical Skepticism (Knowledge Principle)

  2. System of Hierarchies (Political Principle)

This is coupled with four major themes:

  1. The blurring of Boundaries (Eg. Gender identity)

  2. The Power of Language (Eg. Pronouns)

  3. Cultural Relativism (Eg. Rationalizing Muslim misogyny)

  4. The Loss of Individuality in favor of Universalism (Eg. Communism)

Anyone who has been to a University in past few years, whether they agree with the particular beliefs or not, has absolutely noticed not just the students, but definitely professors shoving their ideology down everyone's throats. Not just this, with curricula like Gender Studies, Fat Studies, Race Theory, Literature, Intersectionality Studies, etc, teaching political ideology as actual education has become the status quo.

Many people would simply say that it does not matter. The author would go far as to say that the ideology itself has many moralizing merits. However, it is at the end of the day, just ideology. Ideology is not the truth, and programming the young generation's brains on a mass scale to think only in a particular direction is simply child abuse and predatory. A culture based on controlling people's language and thought, no matter how morally superior it appears to the propagator, has one and only one consequence, the downfall of all individuality, freedom, creativity, and tolerance, and ultimately the absolute loss of free will to totalitarianism.

  2. The 'Enlightenment Heroes of the 21st Century' (Grievance Studies case) Helen Pluckrose and James Lindsay, exposed that the criteria for acceptance of 'research papers' is definitely not any quality work or research, but nonsense vile rhetoric.

  3. Dr Debra Soh's leaving of medical academia and subsequent exposure of it in her book "The End of Gender".

  4. Dr. Michel Bailey, the Google Manifesto, and so many more.


Why the Propagation

While the author disagrees, Professor Peterson's (Toronto University) Assessment is worth mentioning. He maintains that the spread of Marxist and communist (i.e. neo-Marxist) ideology is rooted in the inequality of intellect, i.e. the professors at Universities see themselves are intellectually superior to the Billionaires and Millionaires (to which Peterson agrees) but are frustrated because they cannot have such a life.

The author disagrees because almost all of these propagations come from upper-middle to upper-class families. Most of the students and definitely the professors are at least financially well. It is expected that they propagate communism because of guilt, well maybe, but more than that it's a pass to continue living privileged lives without moral consequences. However, more than that radical leftism is so popular simply because it is very easy to understand and like religion, it claims to have all the answers and no proof for that claim. It is further very common to observe pervading atheism amongst those who call themselves Communist or at least identify on the ideological lines of radical leftism often without realizing it. It is truly said that is quite impossible for man to live without religion, whatever manifestation it takes.


From Universities to Culture

As proven by Helen Pluckrose and James Lindsay in their Book 'The Cynical Theories', the culture then transfers from these influential 'intellectuals' to the common public, using their unresearched, unscrutinized, ideologically charged and full of incorrections 'research' papers as a basis for media coverage and popular discourse. The connection may seem weak at first, but understand that all knowledge and its sources to you have their sources in these papers. They essentially control what we call truth, and when those who control truth start to claim there is no such thing, the entire world becomes a web of lies.


Identity, its Crisis, and the Hypocrisies

The nauseating obsession with gender and sexuality along with the steady rise in suicide rates, STDs transmission, divorce rates, falling attention spans, and depression is absolutely no coincidence. All of this is also, no doubt, primarily prevalent in Universities. The claims of these ideologies are the exact opposite of their doings:

  1. Mental Health: Claim: Fight for Betterment. Doing: Promoting Hedonism, drug use, hypersexuality, guilt, and much more directly linked to increasing mental health issues and suicide.

  2. Women's Rights: Claim: Freedom, choice, tolerance. Doing: Hating every conservative woman (the recent Netflix documentary for example) if she dares think for herself, overemphasis on career linked with depression at a later age, hypersexuality objectifying women, etc.

  3. Racial Equality: Claim: Equality, emphasis on character. Doing: Overemphasis on intersectionality and race identity, feeding the fuels of racism and looking at everything from a colored lens.

  4. Homosexuality: Claim: Acceptance of biological truth of sexuality. Doing: Denying the biological truth of binary gender (NOT sexuality) downplays the most fundament argument for Homosexual people's freedom.

Yet the Universities are so far gone from any smithereens of self-awareness that they would rather keep perpetrating the abuse and lies as long as they have something to complain about. This is stating the complicated truth in a simplistic manner, not reactionism.


Reasons in Brief: Global Conspiracies and a Cracked Mirror

There is far more to be discussed, and the rabid hole goes as deep as the deepest seas. The 'conspiratorial' reasons have been intentionally avoided, but even a surface-level look at the data would convince a sane person. Many of us are already aware of these, so I will just list them:

- The Global Balance of Power and the CCP's continuous efforts to mentally incapacitate the youth (eg TikTok and why it was created + its content in China). This definitely sounds like a conspiracy at first, but one look at the history and you will see the patterns in the proxy wars. The CCP holds an influential position in many of universities because of its massive donations. The biggest weapon now is the internet, so why not use it to gain an advantage?

-The company Blackrock, which essentially controls every other company you know of: profiteering off of outrage and controlling global culture via ESG index

-The Saviour complex and the narcissistic tendencies of modern 'intellectual'

-Inability of the modern youth to act and think, giving in instead to the catatonic complaint culture and victim mentality


So What Now?

As frustrated as the author is with their modern implications, they would like to clarify that they too conform to many of these views. Liberalism has almost exclusively led to any moral progress we have seen in the past. It is because of this too that the modern totalitarian turn is also seen as a positive step by many. It is in the fundamental nature of Humans to fight for change and betterment, however, those two are very different things.

The need is to fact-check, ensure the source of that fact-checking is unbiased, and make sure both sides of the argument are covered. More than that, the priority need is for liberals to be actually liberal and tolerant, and listen as much as possible to the 'opposing' (disagreeing) persons, while trying to agree with them at the moment even if you don't overall.

And finally to the students, please do not agree to every outraging thing that you hear. It is easy to be swayed by rhetoric and lies when coming from a pretentious authority. If a counterargument is not presented when talking about any political issue in class, liberal or conservative does not matter, understand that that person is not a professor but a propagandist.
